Clare is an Aerospace Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a strong and varied background in Systems Engineering and Mission Concept Design. Capable of focusing on the holistic perspective without losing sight of the critical details, Clare enjoys a challenge when it comes to linking technical goals and requirements with high-stakes management, especially with space objectives. 

She has worked as a lead on numerous technical projects, both theoretical and, to the point of integration, connected to NASA and the Rensselaer Astrobiology Research and Education Center. Aside from space exploration and planetary science, Clare is passionate about sustainability, both on Earth and in space, creating a skill balance of strategic project design and enthusiasm for environmental science.

When she is not designing intricate solutions, Clare can be found hiking in the mountains, wheel-throwing pottery, or enjoying a good book.
