PV panel disassembling
PV modules are designed for an operational lifespan of 25–30 years, which has led to a gradual increase in the number of end-of-life PV modules. The appropriate management of both end-of-life and prematurely failed PV modules is critical for the recovery and separation of valuable and hazardous materials. Effective methods for end-of-life PV waste management are necessary to minimize environmental impact and facilitate the transition to a more sustainable, circular economy.

NOVARA PV delamination technology allows:
To separate and recover tempered glass without degrading its quality or releasing harmful substances due to application of new cutting tool which provides a high cutting rate while preserving the integrity of glass
To reduce the recycling cost due to recycling of the reclaimed wafers with high purity for the following use of the p-Si cells and wafers manufacturing. p-Si and wafers remain the most expensive materials in modules. The Si refining process is not required for achieving the purity standards due to the application of NOVARA's proprietary jet-pyrolysis technology.
To produce mixture of metals (Ag,Cu, Al, and others) which will be extracted and purified in the hydrometallurgical industry
