Dr. Volf Leshchynsky is the Senior Researcher at Novara Technologies, where he leads the scientific advancement of next-generation clean energy solutions. With more than 50 years of pioneering research in materials science, nanotechnology, powder metallurgy, and advanced manufacturing, he plays a key role in developing Novara's innovative technologies for wind turbine blade life extension and sustainable recycling of end-of-life composite materials.
His career bridges academic research and industrial applications, with a focus on sustainable, high-performance materials for critical sectors.
His expertise covers three major technology areas:
Powder Metallurgy: high-energy ball milling, compaction, and advanced sintering methods, including spark plasma sintering.
Recycling Technology: pyrolysis, refining, and regeneration of powder slags, industrial waste, and critical raw materials.
Thermal Spraying: cold gas dynamic spraying and aerosol cold spraying for protective and functional coatings.
